Return Policy
We do our best to fill all orders to your satisfaction, but sometimes accidents
to happen. With this in mind, we have a Satisfaction Gaurantee that is outlined
below.
100% of the order will be refunded, including shipping, if the following conditions
have been met.
- The item ordered, and the item received are not correct.
- The item recieved was damaged or defective.
- An Return Merchandise Request was submitted, using the form below, within 15 days
of receiving the item.
A 15% restock fee is required for returns that do not meet the conditions listed
above. The 15% is figured from the total invoiced amount of the items being returned.
Customers are responsible for packaging, and shipping the items back to Nicholas
Custom Leather & Boot Repair, and should be shipped to the address listed on our
Contact Us Page.
